| On January 26, 1999, while completing her MBA, Aishwarya Damodar founded Optimal Solution Providers with a Technical Partner — a bold foray into the corporate world at a time when most peers were still job hunting. The firm delivered IT consulting and PMO services to SMEs and large organizations, executing turnkey projects for clients such as Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., Bajaj Electricals, Cricinfo, UTI, Western Outdoors, Wilson Greetings, Empire Machine Tools, Paramount Printing Press, and CPAPass.com. She also pioneered Open-Source migration conferences and corporate training programs, and served as a Career Coach, helping professionals reposition themselves in evolving markets. By August 2005, Optimal Solution Providers was gracefully shut down, having established a reputation for integrity, delivery, and strategic clarity. |
