Between 2007–2011, Aishwarya Damodar mentored and enabled multiple startups, taking ideas from concept to execution. She brought strategic clarity, PMO consulting, and end-to-end delivery, ensuring founders could scale beyond experimentation into execution.

Her consulting roles with Nimbus, STAR India, and Hungama Digital positioned her as a stabilizer of chaos. She evaluated CMS, AdTech, and analytics ecosystems; architected redundancy-driven infrastructures; and ensured digital platforms were monetization-ready from Day 0.

This was India’s most vibrant phase of New Media, and she stood at its nerve center – shaping FilmNirvana, CricketNirvana, Hungama Play, and STAR’s OTT roadmap. She created frameworks for execution that became industry benchmarks for project delivery, resource management, and partner selection.
