She has served as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Media and Technology clients, driving strategic hiring, organizational development, and leadership enablement. She also built a PAN-India safety professionals database during Covid, which became a lifeline for media organizations to resume production safely and compliantly.

But her biggest pivot came when she shifted focus from organizations to individuals. Through ATS PRO Profiles and Career Repositioning strategies, she began mentoring professionals globally — across UAE, USA, Australia, and Africa — enabling them to reposition their careers in an overcrowded, algorithm-driven job market.

As a Career Mentor and Coach, Aishwarya Damodar sees talent as architecture, not transactions. She helps individuals align skills, experience, and aspirations with evolving market realities. Along the way, she has also enabled talent acquisition mandates for Cricinfo, Zuventus Pharma, FINQUEST, VISAGE Images, and others.
