In October 2005, Aishwarya Damodar founded Evolve with the tagline From Concept to Execution.
She became a key player in India’s New Media revolution, delivering PMO consulting and staffing solutions to enable digital transformation at scale.
She architected secure, seamless content delivery across web, mobile, and television for STAR India, Nimbus Communications, and Hungama, laying groundwork for platforms like Hotstar, Hungama Play, and CricketNirvana.com.
Her consulting for Media Lab Asia (Ministry of IT, Government of India) included website delivery, rural technology enablement, RFP advisory, vendor management, and project implementation.
She also advised Doehle Danautic Group on travel and sports platform launches and led talent acquisition mandates for clients including Cricinfo, Zuventus Pharma, and FINQUEST. By 2014, Evolve had fulfilled its promise as a trusted New Media partner.
